Men's Initiative, a non-profit organization focused on helping men in the Philadelphia area affordably overcome mental or emotional distress, announces an opening for a full-time CLINICAL DIRECTOR. We use a strengths-based, positive psychology approach to support the emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being of participating male clients.

The Clinical Director has ongoing, day-to-day responsibilities for program creation and development, and must perform the requisite administrative, clinical, and public relations functions associated with that role.

Position requires provision of some therapy to clients as well as the direct support and supervision of clinical staff and agency volunteer. A minimum of a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Clinical Counseling, MFT, or related field required. Excellent writing and speaking skills essential.
